WIRE AND TUBE 2020: LARGER AND WITH EXTENDED CONCEPT

   From March 30 – April 3, 2020 wire - International Wire and Cable Trade Fair and Tube - International Tube and Pipe Trade Fair, will again be held at the fairgrounds in Düsseldorf, Germany.  Online exhibitor registration is now open at www.wire-tradefair.com and www.tube-tradefair.com

   The organizer Messe Düsseldorf expects some 2,600 exhibitors on 1.2 million square feet of net exhibit space in 15 halls and over 70,000 visitors from some 130 countries to participate in 2020.

   For the first time the new multi-purpose Hall 1, which can accommodate up to 10,000 people with its 129,200 square feet, will offer Tube exhibitors new display options. More space also means more growth potential: exhibitors can now book even larger, versatile and digitally equipped exhibition stands to present their product portfolio optimally. In addition, end products will be included in the wire 2020 portfolio for the first time. Fasteners and springs will be presented in Halls 16 and 17.

Range of products and services at wire 2020

   In 2020, wire will be presented in Halls 9 to 12 and 14 to 17. On show will be machinery and equipment for wire manufacturing and wire processing, process engineering tools and auxiliaries, materials, fiber optic technologies, special wires and cable as well as measuring, control and automation technology.

   In addition to wire and cable machinery manufacturers, wire and cable products, fiber optic technologies and dealers in Halls 9 to 12 and 14 to 17, mesh welding machinery will be exhibited in Hall 15. They present logistics with demanding challenges since heavy machinery requires particularly thick cables to be installed in the supply shafts to generate power.

   In Hall 13 Chinese exhibitors will again showcase their wire and cable solutions under the heading “meet China´s expertise”.  

   A premiere in Halls 16 and 17: for the first time the complete value chain for fasteners and springs will be presented in these halls. In addition to raw materials, machines and equipment, the finished products - fasteners, connectors and industrial springs will also be on display. For manufacturers, distributors and buyers of screws, fasteners, construction and fitting components, springs of all kinds and bent wire parts, wire Düsseldorf will thus be a new information and order platform from 2020.

Ranges of products and services at Tube 2020

   The entire process chain of the tube industry will be presented at Tube 2020 – in Halls 1,3,4, 5, 6, 7.0 and 7a.

   The extensive ranges will include machinery and equipment for tube manufacturing and tube processing as well as raw materials, tubes and accessories, used machinery, process engineering tools, auxiliaries, measurement, control and testing technology These exhibits will be  complemented by tube and pipeline trading, OCTG- technology as well as profiles, machines and plastic tubes. 

   Tube manufacturers and distributors will be located in Halls 1, 3 and 4 with ample space to exhibit their machinery, equipment and products. Tube processors will follow in Halls 5, 6 and 7a while Hall 7.0 will feature the “meet China`s expertise” exhibits.

International Satellite Events on Dynamic Markets of the Future

   In addition to wire and Tube in Düsseldorf, there are now also eleven international satellite events for the wire, cable, tube and pipe industries. In their regions these trade fairs are market leaders with high growth potential. Trade fairs in Russia, Brazil, China, Thailand, India and the U.S. form part of the portfolio of the Metals & Flow Technologies trade fairs organized by Messe Düsseldorf.
